The troublewithfaces.org team are a group of UK-based researchers interested in conditions affecting the perception of faces and facial expressions (prosopagnosia, alexithymia, autism). If you are based in the UK or are a regular visitor we would be delighted to hear from you. Unfortunately, it is often hard to follow-up contacts we receive from the abroad. We do however collaborate with several excellent researchers based outside of the UK who we recommend highly.

Dr Brad Duchaine

Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, USA

Email: [email protected]

Brad is one of the world's foremost authorities on prosopagnosia. His current research focuses on acquired prosopagnosia - difficulties recognising faces following stroke or brain injury. If you have experienced such problems and are based in the USA (or Canada), Brad would be very pleased to hear from you.

Dr Kirsten Dalrymple

University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA

Email: [email protected]

Kirsten is particularly interested in how developmental prosopagnosia affects children. If you are based in the USA, Canada, or elsewhere, and believe your child might have problems recognising faces, please get in touch.
